What a positive, life affirming experience I had today during my consultation visit at Sonobello! My patient care associate was Daisy Ortiz. What an asset she truly is to Sonobello! Daisy went above and beyond to make sure my care she was recommending was accurate and ultimately the best decision for me. She made my maybe turn to a definite yes!!! I am more than confident that my procedure will give me the results I have been looking for for over 20 years!! I can’t wait!!! Thank you so much Daisy!!!
Daisy was very kind and supportive her energetic personality was a boost for my decision. Great service, efficient communication with lots of help and support. She was very understanding and directed me in the right direction, she also answered all my questions and concerns. The staff is very friendly.
I must say that Daisy Fazzallari was an amazing consultant. She answered all my questions. Unfortunately I had to cancel my procedure due to circumstances beyond my control, but when I called and spoke to Daisy she reassured me that all will be well and gave me some very comforting words. She wished me the best and she made sure I didn’t lose out on my deposit. If I decide further in the future to revisit the procedure Sonobello is definitely the place I would get it done. Thank you Daisy you were the best. ❤️
Daisy was absolutely wonderful. She was able to explain and answer all questions. I came away with a comfort level that I had made the right choice with Sono Bello. My doctor was awesome the staff was wonderful. I will give them praise and encourage others to go.

Even though this is for not-so-great experiences I wanted someone to see my review. My review was ABSOLUTELY PHENOMENAL!!! She was PROFESSIONAL, KNOWLEDGABLE, and ENCOURAGING. As a Register Nurse, I am very comfortable in medical facilities but I'm very comfortable supporting, caring for and treated patients but this was the 1st time that I was seeking this type of service for myself. Truly amazing staff Chesley is A++++ she made me feel so comfortable and explained everything that I needed to know I left with a full understanding of what I wanted and I am surely going to have my surgery with them I can't wait thank you so much
