My virtual consultation with Chelsy was great! I was nervous and didn't know what to expect, but Chelsy was so knowledgeable about the whole process and answered each of my MANY questions with ease. I have experienced above exceptional customer service with the staff and most importantly with the Sr. Patient Care Consultant, Chelsy Ainsworth. She is full of knowledge in regards to preop and post op information and maintenance to make sure everything goes smoothly.

Well the very first day when I met Stacey. By talking to her about what I wanted she assured me that I was in good hands. Also with her having to had the surgery before made it more positive for me. After talking to her there was no hesitation that I wasn’t going to do this procedure. She kept in touch with me I called her Texter and she was always there to answer my questions.
