I’ve had an amazing experience at Sonobello! From the moment I had my initial consultation with Mandee (she’s the BEST and makes you feel like family!), to the front desk staff, Dr. Kaplan & Ray during my procedure, and Nurse Nikki for my post op follow up. Everyone in this office made me feel welcomed and comfortable, cheering me on every step of the way! I love my results so far and it’s exactly what I needed to get back on track with my health. I wish I had done this sooner! Thank you Orlando Sonobello!!
My whole experience was amazing- from the surgical procedure to the Venus procedures- why I waited so long for doing something for me is beyond me- office staff and surgical team were amazing- Arielle Baker who takes care of my Venus treatments is Gem- love this office group!
I Loved my experience with Sono Bello from the moment I sat down with Mandee for my consultation. Mandee was AMAZING! I literally felt like I was with family while I was there. She reviewed everything with me step by step. I literally felt like I was ready for surgery by the time I left her office lol. Amazing. I have adult acne and I have acne scars from when I had acne when I was younger. Daisy did a skin analysis. She ask about my beauty. She emphasized the products that I should keep and products that I should get rid off and she explain the why behind her recommendations. She also recommended treatments that can help with my scarring. Very professional.
Pre and post procedure professional and caring attention. Answered all questions and provided great customer service. I received numerous follow up calls from the surgeon, nurses and staff to check on me after I called on a Sunday to ask the dr a question. The follow up was surpassed my expectations.
It was a great experience, the customer service was the best, Sonobello Orlando staff managed to make me feel comfortable and loved. All my worries were alleviated with the gentle touch of nurses and staff. Tanairi @ Front Desk was so helpful and courteous, Chelsy- adorable, and Dr. Kosowski, very professional and knowledgeable.
I cannot express how awesome Tanairi is!!! She has been so sweet and helpful for every appointment I’ve had with Sono Bello. She’s always the first face I see when I walk in and greets me with a smile and even remembers my name, where I’m from, and asks how I’ve been since we last talked! I cant stress enough how valuable she is to the company and I hope and assume everyone she works for and with can see that! Thank you again Tanairi!!
My overall experience wasn’t bad but wasn’t the best. I will say there was a lot of things I didn’t know going on. Which I blame myself for not doing all the research. My best advice is do your Research!!! YouTube, Google, everything!!! Tanairi at the front Desk was honest, kinda and really helpful! The Doctor I had was knowledgeable and really tried to put me at ease. Just Keep in mind that you will not always be 100% satisfied and please do your research. They won’t tell you everything
I’m very happy with my results the staff and nurses and Doctor very friendly treat you like your family I give a 100 % , Tanairi she’s the best love her she’s so nice very kind treat you like she’s knows you for life the best thanks god that I choose this office in Orlando I give a 5 stars Excellent
