First of all Stacy held my hand from the start. I was terrified and had been there 3 times and would not pull the trigger until Stacy said please trust me if it’s not ok come find me here lol. Then there is Dr Seimian the artist. He saw me and said the same ,trust me I can make you extremely happy with the results and sure enough he did !! I wish I would have done this sooner. Love it and recommend it 100%.
Chelsea is an amazing person and always has a smiling face. She is very professional and caring and has a great positive energy. She is always reassuring and somehow just make you feel important and seen and heard.
Sahrai is a joy to have as my venus treatment tech. She has been such a rock for me as a navigate my care. She is a joy to talk to and we have great laughs. From the first time I met her, I never wanted to be treated by anyone else. She is amazing and an asset to the Sonobello team.
Brenda at the front desk is always so efficient and polite. She always looks professional and and greets you nicely when you walk in.
Service was excellent and Minnie, my aesthetician, was amazing. Always asking if I was ok during my venus treatments and making sure I was and felt comfortable.
