In a few words….Exceeded my expectations! Princess my intake nurse thoroughly prepared me for what to expect and she was just the friendly face I needed to keep me from running away. The OR nurse , was so gentle and patient, I appreciated her kind demeanor and the calming meds she gave me! Dr. Herrera gave me the best gift EVER! I was able to see my girly bits I hadn’t seen in at least 20 years! After getting over that shock and amazement , I noticed a scar that I hated so much was removed! Everything has been great! Stacy from consulting was amazing. She made an awkward situation very uncomfortable. She was easy to talk to & understanding. Dr S is such a sweetheart & was also very knowledgeable but comforting made sure to continuously make sure I was doing ok during the procedure. His nurse was also very nice & helpful during the whole process. The entire office staff is friendly & helpful. I’m now at one week post opt not much pain at all.
