Friendly staff for the most part. Had an issue not getting a call back after initial consultation once but they apologized and helped me immediately after. Nurses are nice and polite but they do get you out quickly. The Dr. Was very professional and answered all my questions. The location is clean same as the OR. I wish their location was more convenient since it is currently just under an hour from me.Â
