As an adult, I've always struggled with having big arms. It made it difficult to find tops that would fit. It I bought a small or medium top, the arms would be too tight and uncomfortable. If I bought a large to accommodate my arms, the shirt would fit baggy and unattractive. Since having the procedure on my arms, I am so pleased! I have been coming to the Orlando Sonobello for 3 weeks now and their customer service has been amazing. The consultation was over the phone and the physician explained everything very throughly. The physician took her time with me and answered all my questions. When I came to my first appointment the front desk receptionist was very attentive and nice. My first experience was not a good one. I chose the liposuction for my waist and my stomach. After a few minutes of being on the table for my stomach the doctor had to stop, I could not endure the pain, it was unbearable. So since, I had paid for all whole procedure We made a deal to start the Venus treatment for the remainder of the monies for my waist line and my face. I’ve had an amazing experience at Sonobello! From the moment I had my initial consultation with Mandee (she’s the BEST and makes you feel like family!), to the front desk staff, Dr. Kaplan & Ray during my procedure, and Nurse Nikki for my post op follow up. Everyone in this office made me feel welcomed and comfortable, cheering me on every step of the way! I love my results so far and it’s exactly what I needed to get back on track with my health. I Loved my experience with Sono Bello from the moment I sat down with Mandee for my consultation. Mandee was AMAZING! I literally felt like I was with family while I was there. She reviewed everything with me step by step. I literally felt like I was ready for surgery by the time I left her office lol. Amazing. I have adult acne and I have acne scars from when I had acne when I was younger. Daisy did a skin analysis. She ask about my beauty. She emphasized the products that I should keep and products that I should get rid off and she explain the why behind her recommendations. She also recommended treatments that can help with my scarring. Very professional.

Pre and post procedure professional and caring attention. Answered all questions and provided great customer service. I received numerous follow up calls from the surgeon, nurses and staff to check on me after I called on a Sunday to ask the dr a question. The follow up was surpassed my expectations.
