RNs were able to answer all questions thoroughly. RN assisting surgery was encouraging and calming. Front desk staff always upbeat, helpful and dressed professionally. Only suggestion is for first time visitors to have better education and given handout on what to expect preop and postop. Some of the handouts given during the preop would have been nice to have at the consult for educational purpose so when preop came, patient more prepared. Great experience from start through post-op. Should've done this years ago! The Orlando Team is exemplary and each team member is the best in their field, from scheduling to venous treatment staff, to nurses, to physicians. No unexpected issues; they walked with me every step. Loving my new bod- hubby is too!!Â

The front desk staff has a plus customer service. They are always so cheerful and positive. Every nurse is fantastic they answer all your questions and never rush your. The Dr is great he takes his time. The procedures are fabulous.Â
