Wonderful customer service and friendly staff
Everyone from the consultation through the procedure were amazing! I was given step by step instructions on what to expect from beginning to end, and they were all warm and welcoming. My nurse Terri was very encouraging through my surgery and Dr. Reps Sundin did an awesome job(and he had me laughing). I'm so excited to see the results when I'm completely healed, I recommend Richmond Sono Bello 💯%!!!
I’m at my pre op appointment for my ABEX surgery and couldn’t be more excited. I met with Dr. Reps Sundin today and his check in nurse. They were great! I feel like everything was explained very thoroughly and I feel so much more comfortable with all that I’m doing. My experience with Sono Bello so far has been a very seamless process. My Nurse (Terri) made sure I was taken care of and answered all of my questions. My surgeon (Burton Sundin) Was very attentive to details and listened to all of my concerns. Front desk is very welcoming as well.

The staff, starting with Rachel and the the others at the front desk to the nurses that are doing the post op counseling, all are very helpful, pleasant and very courteous. And very knowledgeable. My recovery, because of the information shared with me by Sono bello staff, to keep me on task, has aided me on my quick recovery. I am very, very pleased with the whole establishment. And I’m very thankful for these people.
