EVERYONE at this location is professional, friendly, helpful, and soooo nice! Call Outs to Rachel at the front desk, Alex, Michelle (Consultant), Shreika (my nurse), and of course, Dr. B Sundin!! I took a fall on Christmas Eve post-surgery and heard from Dr. Sundin himself! The team at Richmond Sono Bello has been exceptional! Thank you all!

I'm one week out from my procedure and I have to say I'm very happy with how everything is progressing and everyone here has been so sweet and supportive. Couldnt be happier. Would definitely recommend!

Everyone was amazing esp Sherika (post-op RN) & Irvin, Alex & Rachel! Always a pleasant visit each time with all the staff's friendliness & warm welcome. Makes me feel at ease, despite the discomfort I've been feeling from my procedures. The place is also clean & very conducive for comfort! Overall satisfaction indeed! Keep up the great job, everyone!!

The front desk staff is EVERYTHING. Irvin has a heart of gold, very professional and accommodating when greeting the public. Alex is very knowledgeable and kind when Ive had questions. Alexis was very compassionate and caring when I did my follow ups. She listened and answered any concerns that I had throughout my healing process!

I had my Abex procedure on the 8th of this month and my nurse was Terri oh my gosh let me just say she is such a sweetheart. I was very nervous and anxious about doing this and then the good Lord above sent me nurse Terri and Dr Sewell. Terri went over everything with me step by step and of course during this day we had a winter storm warning in Virginia and I lived 2 and half hours away and Nurse Terri kept me calm and talked to me and Dr Sewell they made me feel like I was family.
