The entire staff is great. From start to finish they make sure you are comfortable and keep you informed. I recommend them to all my family and friends. I went in for my consultation not knowing what to expect. Michelle was very knowledgeable, friendly, and professional. She explained the entire program, the process, and what to expect in the end. I was so pleased with the customer service I received at the Richmond location. From the moment I walked in the door I was treated with a sincere concern for my comfort and they answered every question patiently. I had a lot of them! So much is offered here, I had no idea. I went to Sono Bello for a consultation and have nothing but great things to say. The receptionists were friendly and inviting as soon as I walked through the door and very helpful when I asked questions. I met with Michelle who was so helpful and informative with so many options to help make my dream body seem more like a reality! I would highly recommend them.

I had a consultation at Sonobello today. The two young ladies that checked me in and out were very nice. I felt welcomed. Michelle was very helpful. She put me at ease right away. Michelle was very knowledgeable and told me exactly what I needed to know; from procedure to pricing. I’m glad I went.
