I have had a wonderful experience with my surgery thru Sonobella in Richmond. I have felt support pre-op, surgery, and post-op. My doctor was Nathan Sewell and nurse Norma Smith.

Norma is Absolutely Amazing!!! This Richmond location is the best I've been to the one in Charlotte and was so disappointed but here all. Smile's great environment and amazing staff from the Front desk to the back I would Recommend this location to everyone 🙌🏽❤️

Norma has been very helpful before and after the surgery. Make sure that you receive all of the benefits that you pay for. The Venus massage is something I didn’t know about until what should have been my final visit. Norma is the one who made sure that I was able to take advantage of this service.

Normal was very professional very likable with great personality. I gave her a lotta stars for her professional list also Dr so was extremely professional and very helpful and encouraging me to think positive and be back when I’m ready with the next procedure thank you all.

By so far I have had nothing but great experiences at the Richmond location. The staff is always professional and respectful. A big shout-out to my number one nurse Norma. She was my nurse during my procedure and my post op appointment. My aunt and I nerves was all over the place but when her "happy go lucky" personality came in thru the door; the went down some levels. She is always laughing smiling and have you feeling comfortable the whole time. Keep being you!! Thank you!!

Three month post op check and I had the pleasure of having Nurse Norma, she was awesome as always. She took amazing care of me for the entire procedure 3 months ago and the same can be said today. After my checkup I then had my first Venus session with Michelle. She was amazing, took the time to go through the procedure and show me lots of after shots. So relaxing and pleasant experience, I highly recommend! All the staff are so amazing!
