I had my initial consultation with Jessica King in the Richmond VA office at the beginning of February. She was very friendly and informative, but mostly she was encouraging and inspirational. I was on a fact-finding mission and that turned into motivation to get this done. She followed up with me to keep me on track and to work with me on the dates that I could have my procedure done. I gladly write this review!! I met with Michelle at the Virginia location. She was a breath of fresh air! And by that I mean, she was informative, attentive, non judgmental, encouraging, funny yet professional. I didn't feel rushed or intimidated. She was up front with financing as well as sharing info about the Surgeons. I'm looking forward to my beautiful results!!

I had a consultation with Sono Bello and I was apprehensive, not expecting much. I felt I would go and see what the consultation would reveal. I met with Jessica and she was amazing and informative, non-judgmental, and forthcoming of experiences and testimonials, as well as results. Great experience as a first timer. I barely waited to be helped when I checked in. All staff, ESPECIALLY Jessica were all very friendly and helpful. I went to my consultation today, and I’m so glad I did. I’ve canceled a few appointments previously because I was nervous. I met with Michelle Williams and I’m so Greatful for all her information, knowledge about the procedure I’m having done. She made me feel so comfortable and cared about and that is always wonderful. I just want to thank Jessica for all that she did for me yesterday. She was extremely informative& knowledgeable. .
