I had my consult with Jessica in Richmond VA. When I walked in the office I was a bit nervous but she made me feel comfortable. She answered my questions and explained the entire procedure and what to expect after. There was no pressure and she explained the benefits and savings of making my decision then instead of waiting. It was such a pleasure to work with my consultant, Jessica King. She is friendly, knowledgeable, and professional. Jessica really listened to my needs. She was not pushy and truly had my end goal in mind. She eased my worries and fears. Jessica was so patient with my husband who had numerous questions. She addressed his concerns and made him feel comfortable. Jessica went above and beyond and added the extra personal touch. I would go so far as to calling her a friend. She is a true gem.
