Penny and Brycen at Sono Bello made me feel welcome and comfortable upon arrival. Penny thoroughly explained the information related to the process, procedures, and services to be rendered. Any questions I had were clarified and that allowed me to make an informed decision. Brycen ensured the appointment was conducive to my schedule. She excercised great patience. Thank you for great customer service.
Great place to consult. The staff is phenomenal especially Penny. Very personal and explains the information very clearly. If I had to use a business I would use theirs.
Jackey was very informative and very sweet she showed me all the information on the computer Broke all the prices down for me so that I can understand for my procedure I can’t wait

The staff at the Richmond location are AMAZING!! Jackie is not only gorgeous, she’s knowledgeable and patient, if you’re like me and have a million questions. She also makes you feel at ease and comfortable through the examination process. I’d definitely recommend the Richmond location!!!
