I’m so glad I decided to follow thru with my consult.very nice office both of the ladies were very professional and inviting. Michelle was amazing, very informative explained the process thoroughly and that alone was my deciding factor! I cannot wait to schedule my surgery.

I had my consultation yesterday at the Richmond location, and I was both nervous and excited going in. I met with Michelle and she immediately made me feel comfortable and safe. She explained the entire process and answered all my questions with kindness and patience. If you are on the fence about this procedure, I highly recommend coming in for a consultation.

"I went for my preop this morning and because I wanted to beat the expected snow I arrived 2 hours early. They allowed me to be seen early and was met by the most cheerful front desk receptionist Lizabeth, she was so pleasant and helpful. Then I met the very attentive assistant to Dr Nickodem, Yhuene, he answered all my question and made me feel at ease. I’ve been trying to visit for a consultation for years, but due to my schedule it has just been hectic. I finally made it today & the staff from the entrance to the exit was awesome. Michelle took the time to explain everything throughly and was able to answer any questions I had. I’m glad I made it.
