I think I may have been the first patient at Theo new location in NJ. Staff was courteous, office was clean and pre and post op nurse, Arlene, was excellent!!! I am still waiting for my appointment for the “lymphatic massage” with the company I forgot the name that was included in my package. It’s been 8 weeks and haven’t heard regarding scheduling my appointment.

The staff in the Summit, NJ location are great. Front desk, very friendly. Simi remembered us by our first name (it’s been over a month since our initial consult with her) saw us in the waiting room and made it a point to say hi. Arlene the head. Hi This is the 2nd form to fill out today. The surgeon was very nice as well as the nurse on procedure day. I was given the wrong size garment after my procedure which caused an indentation of my left side with pain. I called the after hours on Sunday who was very nice but couldn’t help me and said she would escalate to someone who could and get back to me. I waited all day on Monday as well without a call back.
