Lauren is awesome ! Very personable and makes you feel comfortable. Explains the procedure thoroughly as well as anything else she does. Super happy I am doing these procedures in the NJ office. Can’t wait to see end results!
Everyone as been so wonderful. From receptionist to Simi to Arlene to Dr Mordkovich All the nurses too. I can’t them enough with the help for any questions.
I think I may have been the first patient at Theo new location in NJ. Staff was courteous, office was clean and pre and post op nurse, Arlene, was excellent!!! I am still waiting for my appointment for the “lymphatic massage” with the company I forgot the name that was included in my package. It’s been 8 weeks and haven’t heard regarding scheduling my appointment.
Nurse Arlene and Dr. M reassured me and took very good care of me during and after surgery. They are both professional, compassionate and knowledgeable, which makes me feel safe and well taken care of.
The staff in the Summit, NJ location are great. Front desk, very friendly. Simi remembered us by our first name (it’s been over a month since our initial consult with her) saw us in the waiting room and made it a point to say hi. Arlene the head. My experience was great! Simi was awesome from the start. Dr DiPietro is a great surgeon and the staff in the NYC office were all so pleasant and supportive. My follow-ups are in the Summit location and I look forward to my continued great results.
The intake, pre and post-procedure process was seamless from start to finish. The medical staff is excellent and the customer service is first class. They provided ongoing client support every step of the way. I am absolutely satisfied with the result.
