The first impression upon entering the Sonobello office is that the people at the front desk enjoy being there, they’re friendly and professional. Then I met Naomi and her warm and enthusiastic nature put me right at ease. She’s professional yet made me feel comfortable. Outstanding experience overall. Front desk staff were friendly and welcoming. Extremely impressed and happy with my initial consult with Keitha. She was transparent, super informative and insightful. She was able to address all my concerns professionally. 10/10 would recommend any who may be interested.
I went to my appointment with plans for various procedures. The Doctor really took into consideration the fact that I am older and elasticity of my skin and whether or not I would be pleased with the outcome. His recommendations were appropriate and I am happy he considered ME. The staff are kind and will answer any question. They are never pushy so you do have to ASK about other services they offer…I suggest you do. You will not be disappointed!

Friendly, knowledgeable, competent staff. Appointments always on time. Nurses top notch clinicians and educators. Questions elicited and answered 100% of time. Doctor explained every step of the way through procedures and offered encouragement frequently. EVERYONE makes you and your spouse feel comfortable. They have good teamwork and coordinate well with each other and the client. They really are stellar!
