Both Chara and Cassidy were super friendly and professional…Cassidy even remembered me from 3 months ago for my first venus treatment…Even though Alexis was not my assistant yesterday, I saw her in the hall and even she remembered me from my last appointment…Impressive! Plus Chara went to bat for me in getting my “dog ear” repair fee waived…For that I am most grateful….

Every visit to Sono Bello is a pleasure. The front staff is always courteous and professional. I went in today for a Venus Treatment. The technician, Cassidy Alarcon, also offered outstanding service. She was pleasant and informative.

I have an impressive experience with sonobello. After procedure, I received a phone call from doctor checking up on me and follow with email telling me what to expect. Email was in a vdo clip make it easy to understand. Even a phone call from nurse asking how I did and if I have any questions. I felt like I am in a good care even when I am recovering at my home.
