I just had my second procedure at Sono Bello yesterday. My procedure was performed by Dr. Schaner. And what a great experience it was. My procedure was scheduled for 10 A.M. and I arrived at 8:30. Lorena, the nurse got me prepped and ready for my procedure. Dr. Schaner came in and went over what I could expect. He also answered any questions I had My well being was the primary concern. Where do I begin? I love my experiences with Sono Bello. I said experiences because this is the second time I have used Sono Bello. My first experience was so wonderful I just had to go back. Mia, the manager is simply the best at getting you in for your visit and working with you to get you approved for your procedures. She has a wonderful and caring staff. Do not go to sonobello, they only care about money. They'll tell you, you going to be swollen after the procedures, so i believe them, i waited a week, more weeks, months up until now a year, still look the same as before the procedure, i spoke to the manager, she kept telling me to go on a diet/exercises, like are you serious i paid all that money for you to tell to go on a diet. My experience was not great. The meeting was filled with a lot of cussing and while she was helpful in getting me a “great deal” the words used were not professional at all. I’ve received high quotes for a tummy tuck and although Sonobellos was lower I would not return because of my experience.
Horrible experience with their consultant. She was rude, disrespectful and didn’t seem to care. Save yourself the grief. Go somewhere you are valued and cared for.
We went Sono Bella for a consultation and were completely dissatisfied. Our consultant was rude, aggressive and unkind. She didn’t skip a beat to belittle me and make me feel very unsafe in her office. She has the worst customer service. She started off telling us she was competent just like her doctors. She meets with us because the doctors don’t have the time to meet with all their patients. When I told her I wanted a personable doctor to know my story she said good luck.
