Knowledgeable, kind, and helpful are all words I can honestly use about the staff (especially Dr Shaner and Anna) at Sono Bello. I have yet to have a bad interaction, everyone has been friendly and kind when I have questions…I can’t think of more positive things to say, and I usually have something to say about everything I’ve experienced ;) This group always goes above and beyond, and I appreciate it so much!

From my first appointment, when I had to put on the outfit that few of us would put on ever on purpose, Emma (the nurse) and Dr. Shaner did nothing but make me feel comfortable and confident this was the right place…no small order when I was showing them literally what I disliked about my appearance. I saw Nurse Anna during my post-op. She was very thorough with answering all my questions and concerns. She validated my feelings pre and post-op. And even shared some additional important tips with me regarding healing in my private area.

In general I feel traumatized from the procedure itself and would recommend clients receive counseling and have a support group to process the procedure with. However, Nurse Carl helped me feel safe and comfortable with my decision and took extra care of me every step of the way. Including answering questions/concerns I had post procedure. Grateful to have him for my nurse someone that was knowledgeable and walk me through the steps leading up to my procedure.
