I’m so pleased with my experience at Sono Bello. From the time I walked through the door for a consultation, the staff are so supportive and nice. I’m currently one month post op and am super happy with my results. I can’t wait to see the change at three months. Danielle, the RN, has been especially helpful in answering all of my questions/concerns, pre and post. She’s friendly, knowledgeable and very responsive.

Fantastic experience with all staff. I was seen very quickly from evaluation to actual procedure time. Carl was very clear with instructions and helpful at any point during procedure. Dr. Schaner was extremely professional and had a very calming bedside manner. Overall very pleased with my experience.

Carl Johnson was AWESOME… I’ve had services in 2019 that went really well. Then after trying to get another established appointment 2024 the customer service from the front desk/first line person I spoke to with did not represent Sono Bello well… However, when I came face-to-face Carl and the office manager represented Sono Bello with top-notch customer services and helped to erase the bitter taste that I had. Everyone at SB was wonderful. The nurses and surgeon were all very helpful and answered all my questions. There was no “sell” from them (that part was earlier), but once you’ve moved into the evaluation phase it is all about the pros and cons and making sure you have realistic expectations. The staff was really great at following up and making sure I was aware of appointments and flexible about rescheduling when needed.

Had my consultation appointment yesterday and Verenia really took the time to help me understand what I was getting into and made me feel very comfortable with coming here to get my work done. She showed genuine caring and did not rush me at all. Looking forward to seeing how the rest of this goes!

Every that I came in contact with were all nice . However, your care consultant, Verenia or V, was super nice and helpful! Very helpful and so knowledgeable and friendly! I am still a little nervous, but looking forward the after picture.!! Thank you J

From the start of my journey, to one week post-op my experience with the staff at Sono Bello San Antonio has been amazing! My doctor and nurses made me feel so comfortable through the whole process up to now, they are all very considerate and supportive. I love that I’m not in the dark about anything, I know what to expect through out my journey. I will always return to Sono Bello and recommend anyone considering AbEx and Tri Sculpt to jump right in!! Thank you team SA!!
