All of the staff is so warm, welcoming, conscientious & helpful. I look forward to coming for my visits & really feel heard. My questions are always answered thoroughly & with a confidence that eases my mind. I am already loving my results & can't wait to see more as my healing progresses! Nanette and Dr. Westfield were thorough and professional as well as personable and caring. I felt confident throughout the the procedure, both for my safety and the anticipated results. They answered all my questions during our consultation and there were no surprises on the day of my procedure. I highly recommend Dr. Westfield and Nanette, they made the whole process transparent and low-stress. I am looking forward to seeing the results.

Very knowledgeable staff. Everyone of them are very friendly professional and answered all my questions. I wish I went there years ago, but I’m glad I went this past summer in July 2023. I have to give a shout out to Orissa, Beth, Angela, and Dr. Boedecker Thank you for making my experience great!!!

The ladies in reception are TOP SHELF! Jontese', Victoria and Klarissa are always smiling and don't seem to mind someone telling a joke and making their day! Ya did good Sono Bello...if first impressions mean anything, you've got three winners!

I had a great experience at Sono Bello! Stephanie, the patient consultant, was extremely nice and knowledgeable. She answered all my questions! I also had a great welcoming vibe from the front desk reception team! Sono Bello, you rock!

Exceptional treatment with Megan at Sono Bello. She was so friendly, knowledgeable and professional. I thoroughly enjoyed the Venus treatment.. she engaged me in a delightful conversation and before i knew we were done.. this was my 3rd treatment and so for I have had Beth, Angela and Megan all three were wonderful I see such good results I am super excited for summer and pool/ beach time.

I am so grateful for Dr Friedman care as well as the attentiveness of his staff. From front desk to the nurses. Bonnie was great when assisting the day of my surgery. Andrea was my nurse during my 1 week post op appointment and was very informative and answered all my questions. I have already seen a huge difference in my body and it’s only been 11 days since my surgery. I can’t wait for to see end results.
