Every staff member is very friendly. I was explained all the steps. My medication for when I am at home did not go well. Had to pick it up on our way home from the Procedure which I was very sore and wanted to lay down. The last part of the procedure was extremely pain full. I think I heard the doctor say they ran out of numbing meds. Wasn’t very happy with that part. So far it looks great. It’s been just over a week pain and the pain isn’t too bad. If a friend was to ask I would tell them to go have it done.

I initially try to cancel my consultation, but was happy that I didn't. Kayla, my patient consultant was really helpful and knowledgeable. She listened to my concerns and was able to answer all my questions. I can't wait to have my procedure done next week.

Kayla is awesome. I went to the consultation not knowing what to expect. Kayla exceeded my expectations. She was very personable, knowledgeable and answered all my questions. With out Kayla, I don’t think I would have made the decision to go forward. Through out our meeting I became more and more confident and excited. Going through the procedure and recovery was life changing experience - motivated to be the best person I can be.
