I have enjoyed exceptional customer service with Sonobello. I was hesitant to do an in person consultation before I really understood more and they were accommodating about providing the details I was looking for to feel confident it was worth exploring. The consultation was efficient and informative, and I scheduled my surgery that day. I found the nurses to be outstanding and I really, really liked my doctor. I can’t thank enough Kayla, Nurse Char, and Dr. Cooper for their service. I’m very happy with my results and can’t wait to complete the rest of my procedure. The only thing I complained was the initial garment I received. It was too big and unfortunately, they won’t replace it. Nevertheless, i was able to shrink it enough thru the dryer. Now, the garment gives me a perfect snag fit. Overall, sono bello was great experience for me.

I had put off my initial appt several times due to life's events but when I finally made it into my initial consultation I was extremely pleased in how smooth and how informative & kind everyone was from the very beginning. I felt comfortable & confident every visit. Including procedure day.
