Great customer service! Charmaine was awesome!
I had a wonderful experience throughout the process from scheduling to executing the procedure! Everyone was very open to answering all questions. The staff to include Shar and Carmen were very supportive in making sure my needs were met and that I was as comfortable as possible during and post procedure.
Char is absolutely amazing. She makes you feel so relaxed and Dr. Sherafgan took so much time to answer a million questions. Thank you!!!!

I couldn’t have asked for a better surgeon than Dr. Sherafgan. She truly is an amazingly talented & gifted surgeon. She will be and honest and truthful with you when it comes to what your expectations may be and what the reality will be. I have enjoyed exceptional customer service with Sonobello. I was hesitant to do an in person consultation before I really understood more and they were accommodating about providing the details I was looking for to feel confident it was worth exploring.
