They had someone else’s phone number in my account as the primary number. I didn’t receive a confirmation text/call & had to follow up with them the morning of my appointment. After back & forth & I needed to state many times I didn’t get a call and I asked her twice to confirm my info, come to find out the phone number was completely wrong
Awesome experience! Janee and Marianna were very kind. They were always understanding and helpful when I needed to reschedule my appointments. David Aguilar was a delight! He is very knowledgeable about the Venus Legacy and he made me feel comfortable. Dr. Sherafgan is wonderful! She answered all of my questions and made me feel like a valued patient. Tatanique was also very kind and helpful. Thank you.
