Laura didn’t make me feel comfortable and the girl at the front was very snappy and talked over me. If this is the experience from the start, I’ll pass!

Came in last week for a consultation and I’m very happy it was free because if I had to pay I’d be so upset. They have two offices which makes it difficult to navigate but that’s fine. Two receptionists both with blonde hair acted as if I was a bother to even walk into the incorrect office apparently on “the wrong side” and were very unhelpful with their directions and just flat out rude. I think you should offer two of the original garments. It’s been a month and with washing it is getting warm out and I have another 8 weeks of night wear. When I was measured for the garment we purchased a 2nd one for $90 more. The measurements that your nurse gave was for a large. I got them two weeks after procedure but could get either of them on so I was told to return for shipping $26 to get an XL but I guess there was some dog hair on one of them so company returned it and exchanged the other L for XL now almost 4 wee... read more
