It was quite a renewing experience since I didn’t know what to expect. But everyone made me feel comfort, safe and assured all would be ok. I received the best patience from all encounters with my assigned staff. I loved the experience!
I had a great experience with Sono Bello. My consultation with Amanda was great. She made me feel really at easy. I felt comfortable sharing my story and what I wanted done. She went way above and beyond to help me with my scheduling my procedures. Also, wanted to acknowledge Pilar, she works the front desk. From the moment I received a phone consult all the way up to to my in person consultation at the San Ramon office, the whole experience was easy, pleasant and I felt comfortable the whole time. I want to shout out Camille at the San Ramon office who has a demeanor that would lighten up an attire room. The office allowed my kids to come with me, which made juggling my consultation so much smoother. Nice staff
I got a little lost getting to the office, but the woman who answered the phone was so nice in helping me find my way. I with Megan, and she was very detailed in answering my questions. The staff was friendly, and the office was very clean.
