I arrived to my appointment 1week early by mistake the front office staff were welcoming and were able to let me know I would be seen.Amanda was very pleasant and knowledgeable answered all my questions
I Seen Sono bello on TV and decided to call them and get an appointment. I came in and was greeted by a staff of people that were kind and very professional. I had the opportunity to talk with Amanda when I had told her what my issues were she made me feel very comfortable about my concerns. From start to finish my experience was amazing. From my consult with Amanda to the end of surgery day. I have already recommended to my friends. Can't wait for my swelling to go down and to see the new me :)
My experience with the consultant was better than I expected. I feel heard, supported and overall respected. My consultant Amanda was more than amazing.
I had an appointment at Sono Bello in San Ramon, and my experience was nothing short of frustrating and unprofessional. They asked me to arrive 30 minutes early, which I did, thinking it was necessary. However, my actual appointment was scheduled for 10:30 AM, and I ended up waiting an entire hour before finally deciding to leave at 11:30 AM—without ever being seen. Staff is always wonderful, kind and accommodating.
The office staff, nurses and technicians are always very pleasant. I'm always checked in and taken care of in a timely matter. Office is nice and clean
