The nurses are fantastic. I was very nervous on my first visit to the Schaumburg office, they were kind, understanding and patient. By the time I had my secondary procedures, I was eager to proceed with the sculpting process. My sister and I met with Kat in the Schaumburg office. She was thorough in her explanation of the procedure and how the process would go from beginning to end. She was able to answer all of our questions and made us feel very comfortable about the procedure. We met with her on 3/30/19 and we are both scheduled to have our procedures done the second week of April! Kat Pettis is an excellent example of what I think a counselor should be. She is extremely professional, patient, knowledgeable and comforting for one's spirit and nerves. I was satisfied with the consultation. Kat was very nice and explained everything about the procedure to me. Very professional and thorough.
Kat was great very thorough and pleasant. She was extremely helpful and accommodating there was a cancellation and got me into preop this morning to take advantage of the opening tomorrow.
