Tannah is the most AMAZING nurse ever! She is so kind, caring, and compassionate! She took time to answer all my questions. If I called about a question and she wasn’t available she would get right back to me. She is very informative and reminds me to be patient with the healing process! She truly is a blessing. I am forever grateful for her. She truly made a difference in helping me get through this. Thank you Tannah for everything!!!

The treatment was broken down into 3 appointments. Liza was amazing and constantly checked to ensure I wasn’t in pain or that it wasn’t too hot. She made me feel very comfortable and the conversations were hilarious! I definitely would recommend her and the team there!

Liza is the best! She explained everything and walked me through what to expect on my Venus Treatments. She listened to my concerns and answered all my questions setting realistic expectations. She also just a charming person. She made me feel like she cares about me as a person not just a patient.

Everything went smoothly overall. Bobbi and Dr. Case were friendly and professional. Bobbi managed the prep process like a pro. The procedure itself would have been a better experience and much less scary in the times it was especially painful if the nurse had offered words of encouragement and reassurance that it was normal and I was okay.
