Liza is the best! She explained everything and walked me through what to expect on my Venus Treatments. She listened to my concerns and answered all my questions setting realistic expectations. She also just a charming person. She made me feel like she cares about me as a person not just a patient.

Everything went smoothly overall. Bobbi and Dr. Case were friendly and professional. Bobbi managed the prep process like a pro. The procedure itself would have been a better experience and much less scary in the times it was especially painful if the nurse had offered words of encouragement and reassurance that it was normal and I was okay.

This was my one month post op and Catherine was very knowledgeable and friendly.
My nurse Bobbi was Amazing she was so helpful and nice and so compassionate. I recommend her for anyone that goes.
