Wonderful working with Jordyn and Monique
I had my consultation with Ms. Monique. It was great conversation, every pleasant and friendly.. Definitely getting it done after meeting Monique.. Receptionist was very nice and helpful.
Jordyn at the West Springfield office is always welcoming and accommodating with scheduling the balancer Pro visits. After a workout / weight lifting session, call Jordyn and schedule a balancer Pro session, feel better and relaxed. Thanks Jordyn

Jordyn and Monique are always very happy to see me when I arrive. If I have any questions they are very helpful. My first balancer pro experience right after my 1 week appointment was discouraging as I was in pain after. When I started my balancer pro with Jordyn she listen to what I had to say and started me off at a more comfortable setting. The Team is Springfield started me on my journey a few months ago, and now follows up with my Pro Balancer sessions. Super helpful with scheduling and friendly during visits, making the experience totally positive. They introduced me to Dr Malit.
