The staff in West Springfield is top tier. The atmosphere is welcoming they aren't pushy trying to sell or upsell you anything. I love them both and would definitely refer and recommend them..thank you both

The service was very personal I felt like I was getting the VIP treatment. Jordyn from West Springfield Sonobello walked me through what to expect from the Balancer massages. She was very knowledgeable and made me feel very comfortable. The whole experience was wonderful Jordyn and Monique made my process from beginning to end very satisfying.
