My Experience was great! The ladies at the W. Springfield office were lovely. Very professional and knowledgeable. The office was clean and I was seen promptly and greeted with a smile. All of my questions were answered to my satisfaction and I was never pressured to commit to anything I didn’t want. Thank you SONOBELLO. 😊

The service was very personal I felt like I was getting the VIP treatment. Jordyn from West Springfield Sonobello walked me through what to expect from the Balancer massages. She was very knowledgeable and made me feel very comfortable. The whole experience was wonderful Jordyn and Monique made my process from beginning to end very satisfying.
