I had the best experience ever. I was extremely nervous about having the procedure but when I arrived everyone worked to ensure I was comfortable. It started with the Front Desk -Nicole and Cassie, made me feel like I was important and mattered. Then seeing my consultant Kristen, who was very personable and kind, she even laughed at my dry jokes. The St Louis team rocks!!! Stephanie was my consultant and she provided all the info needed for me to be very confident from my initial consult appointment and about 2 years or so later when I took the step to make myself happy, oh I can’t forget Kristine too both brilliant consultants. I was frustrated with body. I called and spoke to Nicole and Cassie and they were able to get me on that same day. I met with Stephanie who really listened and told me what they could do for me She was even able to make it affordable for me. Dr. Gellis came in and told me what to expect. Due to a cancellation, I was able to have the surgery two days later. The post nurse Kristen was so nice and put me at ease. Everything from the initial appt. Was great. Dr. Gellis is a very nice and comforting doctor.

What an Amazing experience I had at Sono Bello St. Louis! The office is beautiful, and for every visit I was greeted by Cassie at the front desk. Her smile makes you want to smile back at her! I met with Stephanie and she was wonderful and so honest with me. That is a rare find and I really appreciate that. We talked about our kids and she was so personable. The customer service is incredible. Whenever I have a question my consultant Stephanie was always quick to returning my calls. She even texted me on the weekend. The practice manager Melinda is also very sweet and went for bat for me to get a surgery moved up quicker. Thank you Sonobello!
