I was scheduled for procedures in the St. Louis office. On the day of my surgery date I was contacted via text stating that someone had cancelled before me and the doctor wanted to know if I could come in earlier. I was contacted by Melinda ( The practice manager ) A couple of months ago and was told I had to take my review down or they would take legal action. I was just wondering when our freedom of speech became illegal? Why can I not tell my side of the story just because it was bad? They donāt want any negative feedback or negative reviews because it makes them look bad, yet I got a procedure done with no results went back and had what they call a revision with still no results. All of the Sono Bella staff, except for the doctors, are very polite and welcoming. The doctors are rude, uncaring, and unprofessional. I had surgery done on my lower abs, upper abs, and waist. After the horrible pain and sleeping all day for a few days, when I could finally get up and do something it was still a very slow recovery even though I used everything that Sono Bello gave me which included a scar cream, bruising pills, pain pills, a bruising and pain rub lotion, and two compression garments.
