I was contacted by Melinda (the practice manager) a couple of months ago and was told, I either take down my review or face legal action. When was our freedom of speech illegal?? I can’t tell what happened to me (which was absolutely NO results)?? What poor management!!
All of the Sono Bella staff, except for the doctors, are very polite and welcoming. The doctors are rude, uncaring, and unprofessional. I had surgery done on my lower abs, upper abs, and waist. After the horrible pain and sleeping all day for a few days, when I could finally get up and do something it was still a very slow recovery even though I used everything that Sono Bello gave me which included a scar cream, bruising pills, pain pills, a bruising and pain rub lotion, and two compression garments.
