Had to wait a bit for my consult but the receptionist explained the delay which was nice. Liz was very welcoming and listened to/answered all my questions. It was a very encouraging meeting

I met with Liz in the Tacoma location. She was very professional and presented information in a way that I could easily understand their processes, procedures, costs, and answered all questions that I had. It was a great experience and I would recommend scheduling a consultation if this is something you are considering. All staff were pleasant and the office was clean and comfortable.
My experience was amazing for my consolation with Liz. She made me feel so comfortable and able to be my self! She helped me plan what would be best for me and goals and didn’t try to up sell me. Can’t wait for surgery.
