My experience could not have been better from start to finish. Front desk staff, nursing staff, consultants, and Dr. Perez were all more than accommodating and personable. I am beyond thankful for the caring and understanding staff who listened to my concerns having had a terrible c-section experience two years prior. I was extremely apprehensive, but everyone calmed my nerves and seemed to genuinely care about me, my feelings, my experience during the procedure, and the outcome as well.
