My surgery went very, very well. The team was extremely friendly and moreso, EXCITED for my procedure. They kept telling me how great I was going to look and feel afterwards — and they were right! And I’m writing this review only four days after the surgery itself! For the procedure, it’s a fairly simple process: they drug you up, numb you up and then the magic begins. Dr. Bullis, is the best and most caring doctor that i know in his profession. From the first time I met him he was honest and up front on everything that I should expect from my procedure from the good to the unexpected. When the unexpected happened (non-emergency)him and the staff took great care of me...I followed his directions with having my meds adjusted and haven't had a problem since..when my concerns came up he was available and listened to my needs and delivered. Staff, nurses and doctor were great. They answered all my questions in terms I could understand. They returned every phone call in short order and even called me on Saturday after my Thursday procedure to check on me and remind me I could shower on Sunday. I would highly recommend the Tacoma office. The only reason I didn't give them 5 stars is I had to spend too much time on my back without something under my knees during the procedure and ended up with back pain.

My experience at the Sono Bello clinic in Tacoma, Washington was fantastic. The ambiance when you first walk-in is very calm, comforting and professional. Located in a gorgeous building, the office itself made me feel at ease the moment I walked in for my appointment. I scheduled an appointment with the Front Desk coordinator, Janelle, who was so perky and friendly! The staff have been excellent from the start. They are very thorough and friendly. I knew what I wanted going into the initial consultation and they lead me in the direction I wanted without any high pressure sales. The pre-op was extremely informative and helped me understand exactly what to expect. On the day of surgery they were very professional and supportive.
