Very warm and welcoming staff, treating everyone with utmost privacy. Liz was really great in explaining everything that she knows, and somehow has very calming effect on bias/angst/hesitation I had prior. to the consultation.
Monica was fantastic and very personable. She answered all of my questions and addressed every concern that I had. I can't wait to see Monica again at my next appointment.

Liz met with me and was kind and respectful. She asked lots of questions regarding my past experience with Sono Bello and did an assessment to make sure it would be beneficial to me. She was fun, upbeat and easy to talk to. I would recommend her to a friend or colleague, most definitely!

The staff was very attentive and helpful. I couldn’t asked for better people. I got exactly what I wanted. I am very excited to see my outcome in November. My Doctor and Nurse did an amazing job. This is my second time at the Tacoma office and I am very delighted for this experience.
Thank you for making me feel like you cared about me and not making me feel like a fat blob. Also I was so nervous that I kept dropping the clip board feeling it out but when I got to talk to Liz I was able to calm down and relax. Liz you were awesome and I thank you very much.
