It was the best experience that could possibly happened . The nurse and doctor kept me informed and talked with me through out the entire surgery, answered all questions and made me feel part of the procedure. Never at one point did I feel uninformed. Home directions were through and precise. It was the most pleasant procedure.
I'm only post 3 weeks, but so far im very happy. Can't wait to see my results!! Everything from my consultation to my post surgery communications have been great. However, I do wish someone would have contacted me the evening or the following day after my procedure to see how I was doing. I'm not going to lie, it was very painful!!! However all the staff have been very friendly, knowledgeable and have informed me of ever step of my healing process. Thus far, no complaints!!!!
Liz was great. She answered all my questions and explained what to expect with the procedure.
I had my consultation which was amazing and now just finished the pre-op appointment. The staff are friendly and very knowledgeable. They welcome your questions and provide take home information to help. I’m looking forward to my procedure.

My surgery went very, very well. The team was extremely friendly and moreso, EXCITED for my procedure. They kept telling me how great I was going to look and feel afterwards — and they were right! And I’m writing this review only four days after the surgery itself! For the procedure, it’s a fairly simple process: they drug you up, numb you up and then the magic begins. Dr. Bullis, is the best and most caring doctor that i know in his profession. From the first time I met him he was honest and up front on everything that I should expect from my procedure from the good to the unexpected. When the unexpected happened (non-emergency)him and the staff took great care of me...I followed his directions with having my meds adjusted and haven't had a problem since..when my concerns came up he was available and listened to my needs and delivered. Staff, nurses and doctor were great. They answered all my questions in terms I could understand. They returned every phone call in short order and even called me on Saturday after my Thursday procedure to check on me and remind me I could shower on Sunday. I would highly recommend the Tacoma office. The only reason I didn't give them 5 stars is I had to spend too much time on my back without something under my knees during the procedure and ended up with back pain.
