Just had my Venus Legacy appointment. Loves it. Kelly is amazing. Everyone at the Tacoma office is so friendly. The front desk ladies Brenda and Shanelle are so warm and friendly and put you at ease. Now since I have been there several times they treat me like a friend.
The whole thing was very rushed even though I arrived early. Each appointment I was shuffled in and out so quickly. The process was not thoroughly explained to me. No one told me a rod would be inserted under my skin and that was how I was going to get numb. Nor that not all the numbing will take effect. My procedure was fast, thankfully because I was in pain the whole time. I felt like I was flayed alive. My recovery has gone quickly though. Which is good. My surgeon Dr Perkins was amazing, but the sales staff and management have a long ways to go. I first met with a sales consultant, Liz. She sold everything well and made the procedure I was interested in look easy and quick, with easy recovery. I was told I’d only be there for at most 2-4 hours from the time I arrive, complete the procedure, and go home. Well, after that firs consultation, it was so so so hard to get a hold if Liz.
