The whole thing was very rushed even though I arrived early. Each appointment I was shuffled in and out so quickly. The process was not thoroughly explained to me. No one told me a rod would be inserted under my skin and that was how I was going to get numb. Nor that not all the numbing will take effect. My surgeon Dr Perkins was amazing, but the sales staff and management have a long ways to go. I first met with a sales consultant, Liz. She sold everything well and made the procedure I was interested in look easy and quick, with easy recovery.
