I had another great Venus appointment today with Melissa. She is so friendly, helpful and professional, and truly makes the time fly by. She is a great aesthetician, and is able to answer my questions and explain more of the process about Venus, when I have questions. She is taking very good care of me, helping me meet my goals and encouraging me along the way. She is definitely an asset to the team.

Today was sad yet exciting as I finished my last appointment at Sonobello. It took me back to my first appointment & meeting Susan who welcomed with her Golden Standard customer service greeting and smile! When I would walk in, she called me by my name, checked me in before I reached the desk! The Sonobello team is great. Shanda took care of me for my preop. She answered all of my questions and was very informative. The nurses in staff and Dr. Dayal was amazing, keeping me as comfortable as possible. DR. Dayal explained everything along the way.
