From the moment I entered the Office, I felt well taken care of. The folks at Sono Belo are very attentive to your needs, and likewise, knowledgeable, if I had a question about anything. Stephanie at the front desk provided her full attention to my requests and resolved them in a very punctual fashion.

Melissa does my Venus treatments and she is absolutely wonderful! I had a 15 minute session to try the treatment and she had me wanting more! Melissa is a perfectionist and very thorough explaining benefits and results from week to week. Over the time I have seen her, I totally trust her judgment, she listens to my concerns and when possible, adjust treatment accordingly. EXCELLENT! for over 2 years I researched and pondered if this treatment was for me. After being hacked, my mental and physical health was a mess and my abdomen was grotesque. I have been to Sono Bello, four different times and every time has been amazing. From walking in the door, to the smiles that greet me from the desk, to Morgan helping check me in and making sure that I know what I’m doing- it’s been a wonderful experience. I have felt very comfortable, and at ease, and with Morgan helping me set up a bunch of different appointments for soon to come visits, it’s been a smooth process. My doctor and all of the nurses have been so nice and helpful - it’s all added up to a super experience!
Melissa was amazing! Excellent customer service her conversations were engaging and educational.
