Shanda!!!! What can I say? Her 'no joke' approach was welcomed in a World that seems to candy coat everything. I found her an absolute joy to be my consultant this day, and has, proven to be professional in the answering of all my questions. I was very put at ease by the way she explained post recovery and was sincerely delighted with how she was able to make me feel as if I was her one and only patient. I had another Venus appointment at Sonobello yesterday with Melissa. Melissa is a great technician- she always makes me feel at ease and explains everything that she’s going to be doing, and answers questions I have. She also talks to me about things I may not think to ask about the whole Venus procedure and the radio frequency.
