I was impressed with Sonobello before my consultation with Nancy. I received a text confirming my appointment that had detailed directions to the office. Once inside the office, I was greeted by the receptionist who was very polite.The office was clean and orderly. I then met Nancy who made me feel very comfortable, and she was easy to talk to. Nancy was the person I had my consultation with. She was very informative and answered all of my questions. Although her role is technically sales, she was not pushy at all. She was very kind and helpful. Keep in mind this center does not have surgery center close. You will have to venture to Columbus or Detroit.
