From the beginning with Melissa welcoming me and meeting with Lori to the Venus treatment with Tiff everyone was kind and concern with my situation. What I really liked was having staff, Sara & Tiffany, who had gone through the process so they had experienced what I did and had an understanding of what I was going through.
The experience i had could have been different seeing that I got lost on my way and arrived late but the stuff guided me to the destination and was so pleasant on explaining the way forward so I could do my consulting even still so I was pretty pleased to have no reason to reschedule for another day it worked fine for me I didn't have to lose another day of work to get there thanks guys and now I'm hoping for the best in the new year with my follow-up for my procedure in a few months.
